“Mucus is always the main culprit in these types of illnesses...”
So drink plenty of tea ☕️ and try to stay away from food that create excess mucus.
Our go-to tea during the flu season (especially) is the CITRUS AND GINGER Laager Rooibos tea🍊 ☕️
Add extra ginger and a squeeze of lemon 🍋 or orange zest and you’re good to go.
