TOMATO CHILI-GINGER WONTONS WITH SOY AND SESAME DIPPING SAUCE

INGREDIENTS:
Wonton wrappers/ spring roll pastry
Flour paste (flour +water)
Oil for deep frying

Heat oil to approximately 180 degrees Celsius

FILLING:
2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
½ cup tomato and garlic pasta sauce
1 tsp chili, finely chopped
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp ginger, finely chopped
1 Tbls coriander, chopped

METHOD:

Mix the filling ingredients together.
Place 1 tsp of filling in the Centre of each wonton, brush the sides with
flour paste.
Make a parcel.
Fry till golden brown.

SAUCE:
¾ cup soya sauce
3 Tbls honey
1 tsp tomato paste
1 Tbls toasted sesame seeds
1 tsp finely chopped spring onion

Heat the soy, honey and paste together.
Fold the seeds and spring onions into the sauce.
