550 ml double cream
250 g mascarpone
75 ml Marsala
5 Tbls caster sugar
300 ml strong coffee ☕️
175 g sponge finger
25 g dark chocolate
2 tsp cocoa powder
Place cream, mascarpone, Marsala and sugar in a bowl. Whisk till completely
Get serving dish ready.
Dip each sponge finger into the coffee, turn till nicely soaked, not soggy.
Layer ½ the biscuits into the dish.
Spread over half the creamy mixture.
Grate over some chocolate 🍫.
Repeat layers. Finish with creamy later.
Cover and chill for a few hours.
To serve, dust with cocoa powder and grate more chocolate.
