SPICY TOMATO πŸ… AND MACKEREL PASTA 🍝

INGREDIENTS: 

1 Onion, Finely chopped 

400g Spicy Arrabiatta Sauce 

200g Smoked Mackrel Fillets, cleaned 

450g Fresh Tagliatelle 

Bunch of Basil Leaves 

Oil for frying 

 

METHOD: 

Fry onion over medium heat for 5-8 minutes or until soft.

Add the sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in the mackerel and simmer for 5 minutes more. 

Meanwhile, cook pasta in salty water till al dentΓ©. Drain pasta and stir into the sauce.

Scatter with basil 🌿. 

 

Serve warm. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
