SHELL PASTA WITH TOMATO SAUCE AND BASIL

INGREDIENTS:
500 g shell pasta ?, boiled according to packet instructions.

TOMATO SAUCE:
3 Tbls olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
5 ml ground cumin
5 ml ground coriander
5 ml paprika
1 ½ cup tomato sauce
15 ml Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
Cherry tomatoes, roasted
Basil ? for garnish

METHOD:

Sauté the onions until transparent.
Add the garlic and spices. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients, adjust seasoning and stir.
Serve sauce over pasta. Top with cherry tomatoes and basil.

Top with mozzarella cheese (optional).
