RASPBERRY WHITE CHOCOLATE SCONES

INGREDIENTS:

3 cups flour

½ cup sugar

6 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

¾ cup cold butter, cubed

500 g white chocolate

2 Tbls lemon juice

2 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup milk

1.5 cups frozen raspberries

METHOD:

Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

Cut in the butter till it resembles a coarse meal.

Toss in the chocolate.

Mix the lemon juice, vanilla and milk. Pour the liquid into the dry
ingredients.

Toss lightly till combined.

Add the berries to the dough.

Shape!

Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.
