PORK CHOPS WITH MUSHROOM SAUCE

INGREDIENTS:
4 pork chops
Salt and pepper
1 pinch garlic salt
1 onion, chopped
250 g fresh mushrooms ?, sliced
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup

METHOD:

Season chops with salt, pepper and garlic salt.
Brown the chops over medium heat.
Add the onion and mushroom, sauté for 1 minute.
Pour over the cream of mushroom.
Cover pot. Simmer for 20-30 minutes or until chops are cooked through.

Serve warm!
