PEANUT BUTTER CUPS

INGREDIENTS:
250 ml icing sugar
250 ml peanut butter
125 ml light brown sugar
65 ml sultanas/ currants
30 ml butter, room temperature
5 ml vanilla extract
500 ml chocolate chips

METHOD:

Melt the chocolate chips and set aside.
Combine the rest of the ingredients.
Drop the mixture into mini cupcake cups.
Top with the melted chocolate. ?
Leave it to set.

Mini chocolate- peanut butter bites.
Easy to make. Oh so Yum!
