OREO FRIDGE TART

INGREDIENTS:
3 cups cream
1 cup icing sugar
24 crushed Oreos
48 whole Oreos
500 g chocolate mousse
½ cup chocolate sauce

METHOD:

In a bowl, whip cream till medium peak forms.
Add sugar and beat till smooth. Fold in 2 cups of crushed Oreos.
In a baking dish, spread thin layer of Oreo whipped cream.
Top with whole Oreos then add layer of mousse and a drizzle of chocolate
sauce. Repeat layers. Ending with Oreo whipped cream. Top with remaining
crushed Oreos.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate.

Serve cold.
