MY MZANSI PASTA!!!

We love KNORR!!!
We had to make an impromptu KNORR pasta dish at the knorr media launch and
TA DA…!!

INGREDIENTS:
500g pasta screws
KNORR smoked Ham and cheese pasta sauce
1/4 C milk

3Tbs Olive oil
1 Onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Salt and pepper to taste
1 sachet of basil pesto

Olive oil
1 Pkt cherry tomatoes

1 bacon, cooked till crispy

Grated Parmesan and fresh basil to garnish

METHOD:
Boil pasta in salty water till al dente (barely done) and drain
Flavor the pasta with the KNORR smoked ham and cheese pasta sauce and a bit
of milk, heat up for a few mins and set aside

Sauté Onion, garlic in olive oil and season. Once cooked, add th basil
pesto and toss the pasta in and set aside

Cook bacon until crispy, set aside
Cook the cherry tomatoes (whole) in olive oil until they burst

Now, plate your dish and add all your components and garnish with Parmesan
and fresh basil.
