MIXED GRILL

INGREDIENTS:
4 pkt braai mix (wors, chops and steak)

MARINADE:
125 ml oil
125 ml vinegar
125 ml Worcestershire sauce
15 ml braai seasoning
Salt and pepper

METHOD:

Mix all the marinade ingredients together.
Rub marinade over braai mix and leave it to marinate for 3 hours.
Using long metal skewer, thread meat alternating wors, chops and steak.
Braai meat over open fire ?.

Serve with savory phuthu, onion and tomato gravy or chakalaka.
