LASAGNE

Wondering what to make for dinner?
We have an easy solution for you.

You need Lasagne Sheets, Minced Meat Filling, Cheese Sauce and grated
Cheddar Cheese.

MINCED BEEF FILLING

Sauté 1 onion in a bit of olive oil.
Add in 2 Tablespoons of crushed garlic, stir in 500 g of ground beef.
Add in a Tablespoon of cumin and coriander.
Cook until the meat is brown.
Add in ¾ cup of beef stock. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Add in ½ green and yellow pepper (optional).
Add in a can of chopped tomatoes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Leave to cool.

CHEESE SAUCE

Melt ½ cup of butter in a saucepan.
Stir in ½ cup of flour.
Cook until combined.
Whisk in 1 cup of whole milk (adjust according to desires consistency).
Bring to the boil until thick.
Season to taste.
Stir in ½ cup of cheddar cheese.

Grease baking dish.

First, layer the lasagne (uncooked) sheets.
Cover with meat filling.
Finally with cheese sauce.
Repeat layer twice.
Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes, or until skewer goes through.

Serve warm!
