JAM MUFFIN DOUGHNUTS

INGREDIENTS:
200 g sugar
125 g butter, melted
250 ml milk
5 ml vanilla extract
240 g cake flour
10 ml baking powder
5 ml ground cinnamon
3 ml salt

COATING:
50 g white sugar
50 g brown sugar
5 ml ground cinnamon
65 ml butter, melted

METHOD:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
In a bowl, mix all the batter ingredients together.
Spoon into prepared muffin tins and bake for 16-18 minutes.
Leave it to cool.
In another bowl, mix the coating ingredients together except the butter.
Roll the muffins in butter first and then the sugar mixture, till
completely coated.
