2 T-bone Steaks
2 tsp Olive Oil
3/4 tsp Flaky Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Ground Pepper
Prepare grill to medium heat.
Braai steaks for 4 mins on each side (or to desired “doneness”)
Rest on a chopping board for 5mins.
To serve, cut steaks off the bone.
Serve drizzled with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Serve with pap and tomato gravy.
