This is an easy snack for a party or a get-together with a bunch of friends.
All you need is a good marinade and leave the rest to the grill or oven.
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup chutney/ sweet chili OR 1 cup barbeque sauce
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
3 Tablespoons of soy sauce
Mix that all together. Cover the ribs in the sauce. Refrigerate for an hour. Before grilling, shake the excess marinade off. Grill over hot coals or in the oven (in the oven for 35-40 minutes or until tender).
Serve with grilled corn.
