CREAM OF MAIZE CRUNCHY BROWNIES

INGREDIENTS:
500 g chocolate cake mix
60 g cream of maize
3 large eggs
125 ml oil
250 ml milk
180 g milk chocolate, chopped

TOPPING:
1 pkt chocolate icing from box
150 g softened butter
45 ml milk

METHOD:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
Grease a square cake tin.
Mix chocolate mix with cream of maize.
Mix together eggs, oil and milk. Pour into dry ingredients and mix.
Fold in chopped chocolate.
Spoon into prepared cake tins and bake 35-45 minutes.
Make icing by following instructions on the box.
When brownies are cool. Cover with icing and cut into squares.
