CHRISTMAS TURKEY

INGREDIENTS:
1 Turkey ?
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Preferred stuffing

METHOD:

Pre-heat oven to 190 degrees centigrade.
Remove all the offal from the cavity of the the bird.
Pat the turkey dry with paper towel.
Season.
Mix all your stuffing ingredients together and stuff the cavity.
Place breast side up on the roasting pan, brush with melted butter.
Cover with foil and roast for 2 hours.
Remove foil, brush with more butter, turn the oven up to 220 degrees
centigrade and bake for 10-15 more minutes.
