CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY TART

INGREDIENTS:
3 x 100 g pkt chocolate wafer cookies ?
2 Tbls brown sugar
90 g butter, melted
11/2 cups chocolate chips
11/4 cups fresh cream
21/2 cups fresh raspberries

METHOD:

Preheat oven to 200 degrees centigrade.
In a food processor, combine cookies and sugar until fine.
Add in the butter until mixture comes together.
Press mixture firmly onto the bottom of a tart tin.
Cover with baking paper and blind bake for 10 minutes and let it cool.
In a small saucepan, bring cream to a boil. Pour The cream onto the
chocolate ? and stir.
Leave it cool down for 10 minutes.
Pour it over the set crust.
Refrigerate until firm.
Top with fresh raspberries.
