300 g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
50 g castor sugar
15 ml cocoa powder, sifted
300 ml thick cream + extra to serve
Grated chocolate to serve
Melt chocolate over double boiler.
Beat eggs and sugar for 5 minutes, until thick and double in volume.
Fold in cocoa powder and cooled chocolate.
In another bowl, whip cream till thickened.
Carefully fold into chocolate mixture.
Spoon into chocolate eggs and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Serve with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
