CHEESE PUFFS

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups self-raising flour
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
4 tsp baking powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp dry mustard powder
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk

METHOD:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
Combine all the dry ingredients.
Beat the eggs and milk together and add to the dry ingredients.
Spoon into muffin pans / tray and bake for 12-15 minutes.
