1 cup garlic and herb pasta sauce
1 tin chopped tomatoes, drained
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp fresh basil, chopped
Salt and pepper
Boil all the ingredients together.
Reduce until thick.
3 cups cauliflower rice
2 large eggs
1.5 cups mozzarella cheese
¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan
2 Tbls fresh basil, finely chopped
1 Tbls garlic salt
Black pepper to season
½ cup sliced pepperoni/ salami
Mix the cauliflower, ¼ of mozzarella, eggs, Parmesan, salt and pepper. Form
into small patties.
Place on a baking tray and flatten slightly.
Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
To each patty, layer tomatoe sauce, mozzarella and pepperoni.
Bake for 5-7 minutes till cheese melts.
Garnish with basil.
