BEEF STROGANOFF WITH NOODLES

INGREDIENTS:
300 g tagliatelle noodles
2 Tbls olive oil
500 g sirloin steak, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper
500 g button mushrooms ?, sliced
1 onion, sliced
½ cup chicken stock
¼ cup Greek yogurt
¼ cup fresh dill, chopped

METHOD:

Cook noodles according to packet instructions.
Heat oil, season steak and brown on both sides. Set aside.
Sauté onions and mushrooms until tender.
Add stock. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Return beef to pan, cook for 1-2 minutes.
Serve over noodles ?
Top with dill and yogurt.
