BANTING BREAD

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups almond flour
½ cup coconut flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
5 eggs
¼ cup olive oil
¾ up water
1 tsp Apple cider vinegar

METHOD:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
Grease a loaf pan. In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients. Set aside.
Beat eggs for 10-15 minutes until frothy.
Add oil, water and vinegar. Combine.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.
Mix in a processor at high speed for 5-10 minutes until batter is combined.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until skewer comes out clean in the centre.

Serve with butter.
