BANGERS AND MASH

INGREDIENTS:
8 Pork sausages
2 tsp olive oil
1 red onion, cut into wedges
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/3 cup chutney
¼ cup coriander leaves
Mashed potatoes, to serve.
Steamed greens, to serve.

METHOD:

Cook sausages in a hot pan, turning for 7-8 minutes or till browned all
over.
Add onions to pan and cook for 3 minutes.
Stir in garlic, chutney and coriander.
Bring to a simmer until sauce thickens.
Serve with mash and greens.
