1 pkt tennis biscuits, crushed
5 ml ground cinnamon
125 g butter, melted
Mix the crust ingredients together, press them in a cake tin and chill in
410 g guava halves, cut smaller
250 g cream cheese, softened
¼ cup sugar
30 ml flour
½ tsp vanilla
Whipped cream to serve
Purée 2/3 of the guava (the rest will be for serving).
Beat the cream cheese, flour and vanilla with the guava.
Add the eggs.
Pour onto the crust.
Bake at 180 degrees centigrade for 30 minutes.
Turn down the heat to 150 degrees and bake for a further 30 minutes.
After it’s cooled down, refrigerate.
Serve with cream.
