BAKED CHUTNEY AND MAYO CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS:
4 drumsticks and 4 chicken thighs
200 g button mushrooms ? sliced
Salt and pepper
1 pkt brown onion soup
250 ml hot water
1 sachet tomato ? paste
250 ml Chutney
250 ml mayonnaise
125 ml chopped oregano ?

METHOD:

Preheat oven to 180.
Season the chicken pieces. Place in an oven dish with mushrooms ?.
In another bowl, mix the brown onion with water. Add chutney, tomato paste
and mayonnaise. Pour over the chicken ?
Cover with lid and bake for 1 hour.
Remove life and cook for another 15 minutes.
Garnish with oregano ?.

Serve with SAMP or RICE.
