What’s for dinner tonight?
This meal is easy to make and its good for you.
Chopped ginger, garlic, chili.
Sauté in olive oil.
Cut your beef in strips and sauté them as well.
Julienne your vegetables (carrots, onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, broccoli, etc) blanch them first and finish them off in the pan.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve warm with some soy sauce.
Use chopsticks, but if you’re hopeless like us, just use a fork.
